I have often wondered, if this board was a daily meeting, face to face, and we gathered in an auditorium, what would the posts look like?

Now imagine we all are sitting in seats, and each have a keyboard, and a huge screen on the stage is posting what we type.

There would be someone who posts a thread like this, and my fear is the 6 o'clock news would be reporting how a group of Cowboy fans shaved his butt, tarred and feathered him, and ran him out of town.

If Witten gets open, and Witten blocks, and Escobar and Aztec still gets targets and scores, I will ask you a Hilary question.

Well, I don't agree that Witten should be cut after this year; I think he should and will stay through 2016 at least.

I'm sure his skills are declining but he's still one of the top 5 TEs in the league for now.

The concept has a tough chance of being entertained with a fan favorite, but being that derogatory about it pretty much kills the convo before it can ever take place. With all that said, he's a reliable set of hands that move the chains and can take a hit. He earns his money.

wiiten has never been fast, but he has always been open and he still is. you have a better chance of winning the lottery than witten being cut. just deal with it and keep watching one of the all time greats of the game as he continues his run for the hall of fame

It'll probably happen a year late. I don't agree with that approach, but Witten seems more willing to restructure his contract to stay than Ware was, he's a fan favorite, and it appears he's probably heading to the HoF. I suspect Jerry will keep him around until we're all at least 50/50 about getting rid of him as the pundits are more like 90/10 to get rid of him.
