The thing is, guys like Brad Johnson, Jon Kitna, etc. were OLD but they had all been established NFL veterans with history of being a decent QB once in their younger days. Weeden has only been in the league for a few seasons, unsuccessfully, so he's still pretty raw and/or just not that good
