In the game vs the Texans, when Dez made his spectacular catch, not one mention of it in MMQB.
And vs the Jaguars in London, when Dez made 2 great runs after the catch for TD's, again not one mention of it in MMQB.
Regardless of how you feel about certain players, if you are going to be a national sportswriter, you have to give the man his props, especially when he is one of the top 5 WR's in the game!!

Peter King has had something against the Cowboys forever. Except when Bill Parcels came here, then he loved us, then after he quit, PK when back to hating.
Now he has to say some good things or else he will look like a buffoon like many others.
But only says it when he has too, or else he says nothing.

But also I don't read his stuff anymore, nor try to listen to him as much. So maybe I'm off base a bit on his stuff now.

those were two of the most powerful runs by a wr i've seen in awhile. yes, it was the jags but he just over powered everyone in his path. could'nt care less what the media thinks. to me the less they talk about us the better. i would just as soon be ignored by the whole media myself.

Peter King frequently comes to cowboyszone. His user name is "Gameover"

I could not care less what does not motivate the media to broadcast opinions about the team. If the airwaves fell silent one day and did not mention the Cowboys at all, I would call that day a good day. What does concern me is commentary about the team certain members of the media considers valid simply because they have the means of disseminating it to the public. Personally, it would matter more to me if Peter King commented about Dez Bryant's performance and his opinion was wack.

Peter King has it in for the cowboy, IMO. I remember the superbowls against the Bills.

He picked the Bills both times.

Head line on the cover of Sports Illustrated.

I still have the copies...............

Even more telling was his take on the Cardinals game. Basically dismissed Weeden's "performance" as a non-factor and said it was the Cowboys' inability to run against the all-world Cardinals defense that was the real factor. But that's why you gotta love football -- in the end, it doesn't matter what any of these biased jokers write, they still have to play the games. If the Cardinals are truly the best team in the NFC like King insists, they'll be there at the end. I'm not holding my breath. I personally feel there are a number of teams in the NFC that would beat the Cards (Stanton, Palmer or otherwise) if the playoffs started today -- the Cowboys, Packers, Seattle, and Eagles.

I had to listen to Brian Dawkins on the Mike and Mike show the other day and he was just as biased, not just for his Eagles, but against the Cowboys. When asked who were the biggest threats in the NFC, he put his Eagles first over the Cardinals and Packers because of the Cards and Packers' inability to run the ball effectively, something he said is really important this time of year. Um Brian, how about that team over there with the most dominant rushing attack in the NFL today? You know, the Cowboys? Not one mention, not one. Take it with a grain of salt, reality wins out in the end.
