after CBS just showed the NFC Playoff picture, if we was to somehow lose, nothing would change for us in the playoff picture

1. Eagles would be in 1st.............was already the case before the game

2. We would be the 5th seed....................was already the case before the game

3. We would get another opportunity to do the same thing on 12/14 assuming the seahawks beat the eagles on 12/7 and we beat the Bears on 12/4 which is............PLAY FOR SOLE POSSESSION OF 1ST PLACE with both teams at 9-4.

Im very nervous and just trying to prepare myself for the worst just in case LOL. I don't want to make this game THAT BIG because a loss would not be that big of a deal but I still want the win

I honestly dont see Romo losing today. This is usually HIS DAY. The Eagles havent even beaten anyone credible yet lol.

Seriously. Obviously we want the Cowboys to win out but it wouldn't be the end.

Because Im a cowboys fan in Philly and would have to listen to all of that crap until 12/14

I'm sorry you live in that filth hole but again you're with your family for the holidays. The outcome of the Cowboys game shouldn't even be a factor in your mind to whether your holidays are good or not.

That's just one mans opinion.

I was already pissed the eagles was scheduled to play us today anyway way back in April lol I just want to be HAPPY, and have the cowboys at 9-3 in 1st place, then eat some more pie, turkey, and enjoy my time with family. Is that too much ask?

It might be (but let's hope not)...

Ok it won't ruin the entire holiday but it will take me until sat or sun morning to get it out my system

LOL!

Hey I understand. When I was younger, I let losses affect me much harder than they do now.

You're probably on the younger side and aren't to the point that you realize we all have a limited number of "Thanksgivings" in our lifetime and to blow one because of the outcome of an event that you have absolutely no input in and conversely won't gain you any more love in life or will improve your current standing (if they win)... Boy that's punishing yourself and those around you needlessly.

I'm not sure how the outcome of a football game would ever adversely effect your holidays with your family in the first place but to each their own.

It's priorities....football first....families need to understand that.....:D
Then you have a good family....:D

if you are not going to be MAD or HAPPY after a loss today then do us all a favor and don't watch the game. Do something else

I'm worried about the Bears game as well. We never play Marshall well but their offense is the type that matches up well against Dallas' defense
