I couple of stories on the internet have Demarcus Ware possibly being released by The Broncos. I don't think He would command a huge salary.

I think his upcoming years salary is fully guaranteed. No reason for them to cut him unless he's some locker room problem which I doubt.

I would welcome him back, but despite falling off the face of the earth in the 2nd half the guy still had 10 sacks. Not sure why Denver would release him, and if they do someone will probably pay him again.

If he wants to come back and play in Dallas why not. I actually think he will work out better in Marinelli's scheme because he'll be nothing more than a rotational guy and situational passrusher.

Ware's roster bonus and salary for 2015 are fully guaranteed. His cap number is 8.7M for 2015. It would only go down to 6.8M if he is cut, and only down to 5.2M with a June 1st cut. Based on them having to pay him no matter what I think it is a safe bet that Ware stays in Denver in 2015.

$3.5M of DeMarcus Ware's 2015 base salary of $7M is already guaranteed.

Denver can release Ware and save the other $3.5M in cash, but would see minimal cap savings unless the June tag is used.

The more likely option is Ware remains a Bronco this year and is released before a $3M roster bonus is due in 2016.

I'd be open to signing Ware if he becomes available, so long as the price is right.

Platooning as a 4-3 DE with a focus on playing passing downs is an ideal role for Ware at this point in his career.
