I am sick and tired of seeing these Ads on every aspect of the sports world.I was shocked to read that Disney had agreed to invest 250 million in Draftkings on what is essentially a gambling website but they grew skittish but they still are promoting them like crazy.everything about ESPN coverage now is about fantasy and it has made them even more unwatchable.I am hoping they classify fantasy sports as gambling .

It has already been acknowledged to be a game of skill at least as defined by federal law and 45 of 50 state laws.

The commercials are a bit much but I enjoy DFS just like I do season long leagues.

If you play on nfl.com only 2-3 people in your league will actually play the whole season. I haven't tried the money leagues yet, but I bet their more active.

It's crazy. It's just online gambling. They ban poker, but allow this crap? What a joke.

It's a loophole in the law because fantasy sports "is a competition requiring skill" or something to that effect. I'm not a poker player but I'm pretty sure it requires some skill to be good at.

I agree. It's stupid. I was in Dallas last week and was listening to the Ticket and I be damned if they didn't have an entire show that was nothing but ad for gambling. This type of crap should be illegal.

One of them advertised that they will pay out $2B this year. That's $2 billion. That is a lot of money.

I am sure Uncle Sam is all over this and wants its cut. Pretty soon, they will have a place for fantasy football winnings on the 1040 :)

well now the cowboys are going to open a draft kings lounge so you will be hearing it a lot more now. But i do draft kings couple bucks here and there and I won a few hundred. Been doing this instead of a whole fantasy team

Has anyone actually played fanduel and Draftkings? Was interested in signing up but need some feedback.

I know nothing about fantasy football so I can only tell you what I was told by a few coworkers thus week. They said these sites have heavily skilled sharks swimming in the waters and most people who casually play will be eaten alive very quickly. It seems like day trading the stock market. You have a few well funded professional market makers who laugh when Ameritrade brings them new suckers with a dream of easy money.

But I know nothing about fantasy football.....I can never route against anything that is against the Cowboys best interest so I won't participate in this.

I'm glad it's legal give me a break I don't need people telling me what I can and can't do. So what are these sites like, I could use some reviews and more info. Always played fantasy football for free up to now. I might throw these sites a little coin if it is entertaining.

It is a game of skill but you bet your money on how good you are at your skill lol.

I am in just one league with my friends, fantasy football should be a fun thing and not something you gamble your money on.

Hey.. It's fun making lineups and getting creative.

The guy who won 2 million dollars last week only had 2 or 3 different players on his roster than I did.

I had a blast in week 1.

Can't wait for week 2.
