That .5 yards per carry he is averaging kind of makes it look like Murray gets blown up at the line of scrimmage, never mind the goal line.

Murray won't talk to the media Wednesday, and don't expect coach Chip Kelly to shed any clarity on the injury. For now, we'll just have to sit back and wait until the Eagles return to practice Thursday. If Murray can't play against the Jets, expect Ryan Mathews to handle early-down duties with Darren Sproles' role staying the same as a pass-game specialist out of the backfield.

Injuries were one of the main considerations for not re-signing him to a costly contract. He was able to play through the only one he had last year, but he has had at least one every year of his career.
