The Witcher 3

I picked it up about two weeks ago and this is one of the best games I've ever played. Just a ton to do and explore with your actions making a difference in the game world.

The world is MASSIVE. It seems big when when you in the first zone but after you move out WOW
 
Yeah, the Witcher series has some great world building and far better stories than most. It helps that it is based on a series of fantasy novels written by a Polish author, who himself was well versed in the original Grimm's Fairy Tales. Not the Disneyfied ones.
 
I've heard it's great.

I haven't played it yet but a buddy of mine has it for me to borrow on the PS4 if he ever gets done with it.

If he doesn't it might be one of the early titles I pick up on my Xbox One Elite I'll be picking up in early November.

Real time combat, not turn based, so that's definitely more western based. Story was meh but the combat and personalities make the game. I liked Dragon Age more so in terms of decision making but W3 definitely takes it with the combat and leveling system. I sunk ateast 80+ on the campaign and monster quests (the best part).

I've been playing Dragon Age Inquisition and it's very enjoyable. I'm more of a first person shooter guy, but as far as RPGs go, this one is very solid.

Dragon Age is my preference tbh...like the mage stuff

I think Wolfenstein is propbably the best FPS shooter though enjoyed advance warfare (COD) but Wolf is defly more one perspn...similar to bioshock.
 
I had Dragon Age several years ago. There was way too many cinematics that caused the game play to slow way down. Hated it.

I recently bought Galactic Civilizations III. Man I suck at 4X games. I've played it three times on beginner level and I've lost all of them in one form or another. rofl.

I'm a Battle Field guy myself. Just buying my time until Star Wars Battlefront comes out.

I didnt play the first 2 but I played DA:I. I liked it but it wasnt on a Skyrim/Witcher 3 level. Ive heard it was an improvement over the first 2 games in the series.

Thought it was a decent game but a bit overhyped
