The Harris return for TD, most frustrating one I've seen

It's not like the Giants blocked it open for him, two cowboys ran out of their containment to let him go right through the middle of them. Someone must have a gif of it

Dwayne Harris is one of the better ST players in the league, but he made some bone headed decisions at times as a returner for us. It figures he'd get one against us after making us scratch our heads at times. We do miss him and that passes me off.

I saw Kyle Wilber run to his blocker rather than run to Harris leaving the lane for him. It looked like peewee football.

What pisses me off is guys like Danny McCray who didn't fill his lane correctly as the analyst pointed out. Man you have ONE FREAKING JOB! ONE! You only play kick return coverage and you can't even do that correctly. I'm tired of guys like him, who would find it hard to be on any roster on this team. You have one job man!

Both Dwayne and Selvie were motivated to win this game and played like it.

disgusting. I'm only 32 but have we ever picked up an ex division rival player and they make plays against us like that?

My newphew will be in town Thursday and through the weekend. I'm sure he and Harris will hook up. (they were buddies in college at ECU) If I see him when I go see my newphew, I'm going to ring his freaking neck!

He literally just ran right up the middle and only had to cut to beat Bailey.

Unlike punt returns, as you know, almost all kickoff return TDs are close to straight shots.

Just watched it again. He made three subtle maneuvers while accelerating up the gut through 3-4 people. Then 10-15 yards later, just took it outside to blow by the kicker...who was kind of at fault for not kicking it deeper in the first place. Lol . I thought nowadays, most kickoffs went more than one yard deep...oh well.

Anyway, it was a textbook return.

And a disaster by our coverage team.

Players running to blocks in order to maintain gap control instead of making the play when it's there. 51 absolutely blew it on that return. If he either blows his man up or shoots that gap, Harris has to change direction.

Our special teams are special ed.

It's clear the hole was right up the middle. Wilcox sits on it

Not only does he score the TD against us, he isn't on our ST to tackle the guy trying to score a TD against us (which he was REALLY good at), he also wasn't back to receive the punt that Beasley bunkhumped into the game ending turnover. I've missed him all year, but no more so than today. Not sure why we couldn't find a way to keep the only guy making ST plays for us on both sides of the CoP...

He does this when he plays safety as well. He fully knows exactly what's about to transpire and it seems like he's either oveethinking it or is making a business decision not to go head on with the runner.
