JJT accused Street of using a racial slur. Dez was defending him.

No JJT, said that Street falsely accused him of using the slur, and Dez came in not knowing the facts, got angry and went off.

Were you there? No you weren't. I'll take Dez's word over yours. What difference does it make if he's black? You don't say that to someone's face in the locker room in front of anybody. That's just disrespectful.

Dez didn't say it. Devin Street told Dez that JJT said it.

This is like a bunch of 12-year-old girls.

Dez Bryant directs profane rant at reporter
Posted by Mike Florio on November 12, 2015, 3:11 PM EST

We interrupt the ongoing coverage of Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy doing things for which he’s criticized for the latest behavior from Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant for which he’ll be criticized.
Via Robert Klemko of TheMMQB.com, Bryant “blew up” on a reporter, as part of a 10-minute rant.

"It’s also unclear why he’d think a team that had lost six straight games would deserve to not be disrespected."

We wouldn't get any respect even if we were 8-0!

Wow I can't believe some of the responses in this thread. Dez got called a racial slur in front of teammates as well as the rest of the media. Aren't these reporters professionals? Then act like it. Act like a professional. That is just so disrespectful to do that to a man. Inexcusable and whoever said it shouldn't be allowed back. HOW DARE YOU. All you people criticizing Dez I'd love to see how you react when someone calls you a slur like that. Dez did exactly what any human would've done. You can't stand for or accept that. This isn't about football or winning games it's about such a level of agregious disrespect.

This is absolutely ridiculous and it shouldn't happen. I feel terrible for Dez. All this idiots in the media will take this and use it against him and make him the bad guy once again. This has happened so many times and it's never been Dez's fault. When he was yelling on the sideline he wasn't doing anything that a Tom Brady or someone like that does. He was being emotional and passionate about the game of football. He was encouraging and being a leader. He is a great player, a great guy and person. It's so messed up how he's portrayed.

Dez is my favorite player. He's GREAT, big time, the best in the game and he loves the game of football. Works exceptionally hard and just is an incredible competitor. The media can **** off for all I care. They're pathetic, sacks of ****. They really are. They write all these bs stories, make things up on the fly and have the audacity to disrespect players and then wonder why they go off. I support Dez. He did what I would've done. You don't do that. You just don't. It's not right and something has to happen. He's clearly not 100 percent you see him making excuses? He's still out there giving it everything he has and making plays. Like great players do. I'm sorry Dez you don't deserve this kind of BS treatment from the media or anyone else. This guy went through hell just to get to the NFL much less become one of the best players in the game and that right there just speaks to what kind of man and player he is. Never made any excuses. He's matured and grown up before our eyes, become better and better and better.

Dez didn't get called a racial slur dude, stop making up stuff just to save Dez from being an embarrassment.

 You are being pretty naive then and you said in another post that JJT is black so there is no way it couldn't happen which is ridiculous as well. A black person calling another black person the n word is used very often.

True but the n word that is used between black people ends with an a and not an r. Which one did JJT use is the question....

So JJT has been working in the DFW area for almost 30 years, and now he just decided to start throwing n-words at star receivers?

I call BS.

This all started after the Seattle game when JJT wrote a article about Dez having a poor game and being shut down by Richard Sherman. A fan tweeted JJT about going at Dez after his first game back when clearly he wasn't 100 percent. JJT laughed it off saying he was just telling the truth and that's when Dez chimed in on Twitter and said he wrote that and wasn't man enough to come to the locker room.

This must've been the first time Dez seen JJT since that article came out.

Making stuff up? Did you see Dez's tweet? He's clearly upset that a racial slur was directed at him and his teammates. I'll believe him over you people any day of the week.

Well from an interest perspective, this "story" is getting very little run in the twitterverse. Beat writers either don't care or uncomfortable discussing it. While national reporters just yawned at it and moved on to other topics.

"Not man enough to come to the locker room," huh? My 8 year old is more mature than some of these so-called "men."

You can believe in the tooth fairy for all I care, what you're saying isn't true and you're just trying to find a reason to place blame on someone else besides Dez.

One small problem with this rant. From what I can gather, if this was done in front of teammates and media, there would be corroboration from somewhere. All we have is apparently Street saying he heard it.
