What is up with Coach Mike Woicik? This is a coach with 5 SB rings because of his work with the strength and conditioning. Well, this team does not seem to be working conditioning wise. When he was brought in again I was giddy about how he was going to mold this team into a powerhouse strength wise.

Are the players benefiting from his teachings? I know injuries can happen even if you are strong as an ox, but, late in games this team seems to get soft or lazy towards the end.

Is he working them to hard or is he working them to soft, because this team does not seem to be as tough and strong as when he was with the Cowboys or when he went to the Patriots where he won some SB's?

I just wonder about all the Coaches from Garrett on down, and Woicik was supposed to be one of the best...but it sure does not show. This team should be kicking *** and talking names with his teaching and training. I don't see it?

Last year we were one of the most durable, physical football teams in the league. This year obviously we are not.

Health is more luck in the NFL. So many teams are in a similar position. Only difference is, we lost the two players we could least afford to lose for an extended period of time.

I would say 3 players...... OS!

Your right...I was just thinking of last year when the Cowboys won all road games. This year they cannot even win a game.

Actually they lost a third one, Scandrick. It's not an excuse losing some starters. But, if the team can't win just one game? I will only wish the Cowboys luck at this point in time. It's not just like flipping a switch when Romo comes in...JUST sayn.

He's not calling conservative plays or missing tackles or dropping passes. Honestly as important as strength and conditioning is I don't think any team in the NFL has a huge advantage over another with that. They all preach and coach the same things in the weight room

I would cast my eye at other coaches before I give that man the Ojo. First for me would be Mr. Henderson. Then a few others.
Crack an egg over your head, heathen!

That's true. I wonder how the play calling will change just because two players are coming back? If it makes a difference that is just one side of the ball. It's the other side of the ball that I am concerned about.

I only have boiled eggs. They hurt...

But with some lemon pepper? So tasty...
I guess you could always swing a dead cat carcass over a virgin's grave on a full moon at the witching hour...
Wait. What were we talking about?
Never mind. This is more interesting.

So... when did you learn a Swedish man wanted to shrink your head?

Do you mind if I steal this post? I could make some lyrics. Scary stuff?

Woicik might actually be the cloud.

He is probably one of the oldest of old school S&C coaches in the league.

Yeah, I don't here much about him...was just wondering. His rep was building a strong team.

If only he could have had Romo work on his clavicle more in the offseason! ;)

If you look around the league, S&G coaches are kind of a big deal.

All kinds of fancy stuff.

Woicik, nope.

I think it is a very valid thing to keep track of.

Joe Juraszek caught flak and then suddenly disappears.

Then the Patriots say bye to Woicik, and he's on Jones' payroll with the quickness.

He has all the rings. No question.

But with the different practice habits and exposure dictated by the CBA, does he have touch with it?

Damn...I never thought of that? It's crazy how much behind the scenes stuff really goes on that we don't know.
