Steelers one win shy of tying Cowboys Postseason Wins Mark

Why do these stats bug people? I dont care if they win 10 more Superbowls or 20 more playoffs games. I am tired of living off the past. Cant stand the "Got 5" stuff.

Me too. Especially since 3 of them came when I was way too young to understand or truly care. They've won 0 for me, and I could careless how many other teams have. I just want the feeling of one

You apparently don't live in Steelers country do you?

I'm in downtown Austin, Texas right now. Supposedly "Cowboy's Country", right? Well all I see is black and gold with a few Texans fans mixed in. It's sad what's happening to our fanbase. Year by year, decade by decade, our fanbase is deteriorating.

I live in Austin, NW area. Work downtown'ish. I'm from Cowboys country originally. Austin isn't even TX. It's a transplant city. Half the people here aren't even from TX, quite a few are actually from the NE/Pitt area. So while still pretty stupid, it's not surprising and not really indicative of "our" fan base.

You know what? I hate the Steelers, but good for them! They're consistently doing something right, we're not.

Because our team has deteriorated into a joke. I never will, but I don't blame people for jumping ship.

Concerning myself with this, the Steelers moving in on the postseason wins mark, is about as pointless as rooting for their failure in Super Bowls XL, XLIII, and XLV. As a fan of this franchise, I am only concerned with what Dallas is doing to regain football relevance on the postseason stage.

C'mon Z - you know better than that. It's a playoff Saturday so of course they're are going to be Steeler fans out. I was in Buffalo for the holidays and went to a sports bar to watch a few Cowboy games and there were Cowboy fans everywhere - and that's Buffalo. Not exactly Texas.

Television ratings, attendance, internet hits, nothing's changed. If anything I think it's maybe not better but the same. Tampa and Miami were full of fans and that's with no Tony and no hope.

And even if the fan base has deteriorated you know as well as I do - they'll come out of the woodwork when we win again.
