Eagles WR Nelson Agholor accused of Rape...

Well if iyou want to get technical its probably the best time to go since they serve lunch and you dont have to worry about the drunks like you do at 12 or so at night.

How's the quality at 3pm?

Before some donkeys take to the thread, remember it's innocent until proven guilty and we can't even begin to speculate with the given facts. Especially in the times we live in. Even for an Eagle.

I like to go to my strip clubs in the dark lol.....I guess if I was a millionaire football player who didn't have to work a 9 to 5 during the week I may feel different about going at 3 lol. I question it myself but from what I heard its just as good lol.

thus is the NFL life..at least for young guys.

My head coach has a saying....

No means No. Maybe means No. Yes means No tomorrow.

If I was a professional athlete I would have these girls sign consent contracts and waivers to have it video taped. There's way too many trifling women in this world looking for a come up and even if false, that word will stick to a person forever.

I can only imagine how greasy their kitchens are, ew.

This is how I look at these stories now: No evidence? No cares. Until I hear about a rape kit being done and the results being released, no story is here.

Sorry, but if you read the Cowboyzone forum rules carefully, you will see that this is not one of them.

It appears this was about spoliation and no assault. I wonder if the leauge will take action on him paying for an 'act'.

IMO, if someone accuses someone of a crime that ends up being false. The accuser should be in sentenced to the highest possible term of the crime they made the accusation about.

So, if rape can give you a 20 year sentence and it's proven that you intentionally made the false accusation, the accuser should receive that sentence as punishment.

btw, these guys should stay the hell out of these types of joints. Nothing good can come of it.

Everybody thinks that's a good idea right up until the time its their relative or friend involved in the accusation. I agree they should not be able to walk away scott-free, but your suggestion is a bit much. Oh, and by the way, I'm fat. :D

We are by far the most litigious society in the world
This is all because this country is run by lawyers
These cases are brought by lawyers and accusers on contingency
If you make the accuser be responsible for the lawyer and court fees if they lose, many of these would go away
Frivolous law suits are the name of the game

What about the cases where super corporations sue individuals over patents or similar situations?

Say you invent a gizmo that could make you lots of money, but a super conglomerate claims that they own the rights to said gizmo. They sue you. They have the means to pay lawyers and court fees and cover all those costs for years. What protection you have in that situation?

I know my example is not common place, but it does happen.
