Firehouse, In and Out Burger, and Chic Fil-A. To be fair, haven't tried most of the list though. Firhouse is great and surprisingly Wa-Wa's are another great spot for subs.

Denton is fixin to get its first In and Out, definitely gonna try that, although I highly doubt anything can surpass Whataburger....

Wa-Wa's the gas station? I was inside one of those when I visited VA, pretty sweet...but in WV where my wife is from, they have Sheetz, pretty legit also (they got made to order burgers, subs, pizzas, fried foods like youd get at a bar, frozen coffee drinks, etc, and you use a kiosk to pick and customize your items....our big gas stations in DFW (Racetrac and Quiktrip) Still just have the usual hot dogs, nachos and taquitos.....

Firehouse always seems soggy to me. I think they steam their subs.

Sheetz's bread is better than Wawa's. Neither is special. OK if you are desperate.

6 of the them I've never heard of. Would never think of Fuddruckers, Ben & Jerry's or Krispy Kreme as fast food restaurants.

Cool, my mom is from WV but we only got Hardees, McD's, and Pizza Hut "when in town" etc. unfortunately. Never got to try Sheetz, I'll look out for it on the next trip (probably have em in Lewisburg). Yeah I was just as surprised by the Wa-Wa gas station subs but it's legit. I tried not to like em to make a point to my gf that you don't order subs from a gas station, etc. She won that argument after a few trips...:p

In my neck of the woods...Tudors and Ginos are big. Tudors mostly for Breakfast....Gino's is that mom and pop pizza chain that has spread slowly over the years and is pizza that you can wring the grease from...and everyone knows the greasier the better hehe

I thought Fudruckers was a sit down restaurant. Not fast food.

Schlotzsky's Turkey Bacon Club is worth it's weight in gold. I so wish they had them where I live. It's tasty and the turkey is never dry.

I did finally try Firehouse today, pretty good, nothing spectacular though....and the wait was ridiculous.........I'll definitely stick with Schlotzsky's anyday....better than Subway, but just about anything beats Subway......

My little podunk town is getting a schlotskeys... Their pizzas are really good if you haven't tried it.

I know it's sacrilege but I've just never gotten the love for chick fi la, it's not bad, but I'm not sitting in a 10 car deep line for a chicken sandwich

Subway is excellent if you love lettuce and rolls.

I really like Fazoli's. I don't think we have them in the entire country. They weren't in Idaho, at least not that I could find. However, we have them here in Nebraska and we did also in Colorado. For those who don't know, it's fast Italian food. Their pizza, lasagna, and manicotti are really good for fast food, and you get unlimited bread rolls.

He had some Fazoli's here in western NY state in the late 90's... Lasted about 5 years and closed up shop.

I liked'em myself, but I guess I was in the minority.

Never had the nuggets. I think the problem is where I used to work brought in chick fil a every month for a meeting every time, was always cold and dry. I do like the waffle fries
