She isn't worth anything so he wouldn't get anything from it. That is why there needs to be another form of punishment for false accusations. The rich ones are usually the ones getting accused and the other party has nothing to lose by accusing.

Elliott has voice mails from the girl saying she's going to ruin him because he broke up with her... That's it. It is over and the girl's golden goose suddenly turned into her goose being cooked.

On a little bit of a side note... how utterly crazy do you have to be to leave voice mails on the guy's phone that you're trying to ruin that actually have you saying you're going to make up a DV charge so that it ruins his career?

That should be the first question on an IQ test and if it isn't answered correctly, then the rest of the test doesn't matter.

Hey, in my early 20's I remember plenty of very unstable chicks... particularly when they had a little alcohol in them. A few of them... well, it didn't take much to set them off on a tirade of epic proportions.

Sounds to me like this girl just thought she had her ticket and when she realized how easily she was going to lose it all, she simply wanted to hurt him any way she could.

Hence, domestic abuse trivialized. No wonder victims don't come forward more

of course, but it DOES happen. That is why it should just be policy that only convicted abusers get punished. If you telling the truth, then why not see it through the court system.. Let me say this. As it stands right now I will defend Zeke on the current evidence presented. And that is the 4-witnesses statements. I then will denounce Greg Hardy on all the evidence that was presented at his trial and made public.

So yes people can do exactly what you said and in my opinion with the evidence presented so far in both cases, be publicly, morally and politically correct in doing it.

Greg Hardy is innocent in the face of the law. But you go right on ahead and prosecute him "based on the evidence presented."

You defending Zeke when you just heard about this this morning is comical. But you do you.

I'll just wait to see how it plays out myself.

She already reported him once for hitting her inside of her car and other witnesses, including another girl in the car with her, said they witnessed no violence.

We need more evidence but all signs point to crazy ***** thank goodness.

I had a friend who had a GF who was an alcoholic but he did not know this until a ways in. They had a daughter right away because she got pregnant, so they moved in together. After the baby was about a year and a half old she started going out and drinking. She was violent when drunk and started a lot of nonsense for him. One night he called me at 3 in the morning to come over because she was outside the door drunk trying to kick it down...by the time I got there the cops were there! He let her in when she promised to calm down but when she realized he called the police she punched him in the face and wrapped the phone cord around his throat....he pushed her back and she slammed into the door.....when the cops got there they were under the impression he beat her up...

So I know it happens.

My best friend is a professional golfer from Columbus so I texted him and he said people who know her were posting on her Twitter but her account is now either closed or went private because he said you can't access it any longer. Columbus is a lot like Tuscaloosa or Athens or Tallahassee small college towns where everybody knows everything.
