Let CZ tell it thou
"Everything is fine and anyone who says oerwise doesn't know football"
Don't forget...Jerry and Romo has told us he can play 5 more years. The snow job they have pulled over this fanbase is not even funny to me anymore. It is sad. I posted something yesterday that I am contemplating posting again.....in a nutshell...so many people simply don't get it. This organization is comfortable. Why? Because they are building new buildings, selling more merchandise...and making so much money. The track record of the GM. The lack of on field success from the head coach. The stat padding of certain players...all of that has developed into one big deflection. This fanbase has been assured that everything is alright. In spite of our .500 existence. It is truly a sad joke.

was a really dumb decision for tony to play in seattle

The coach who keeps making these decisions just got extended. The same coach who has a track record of goofy decisions from preparation to play calling to time management. The same coach who got the head coaching gig because of injury. Now, the same head coach has a built-in excuse for another two years.

Actually, even if Dak is the real deal, we are still in the same situation, with regards to a back up. What the hell is going on with my team? Are they cursed?

I said last year Romo should hang it up. Father time is once again undefeated.

Now we will get to see what Dak can really do. Its his team now.

Yeah, we could use the 26 mil he is counting towards the cap. He needs to retire and coach Dak and Jamiel

Not willing to pull the trigger on Paxton Lynch might be Jerry's biggest mistake as GM.

So....Romo goes on IR...designated to return?

Really, some people are surprised! He's 36, what the hell are we doing with a 36 old QB ... a blessing in disguise. Football is a young mans game. Look at the play he got injured on, a meaningless game ... a real smart QB just gets rid of the ball ... Romo time and time again thinks he can make plays out of nothing and his last 3 injuries that sidelined him were plays he could have gotten rid of the ball...time to move on and see if Dak has what it takes.

I think it's time. I'd be curious to know how many consecutive plays he has made it in between his last three injuries. It can't be much more than 6-7 plays in between each injury. Each injury keeping him out 6+ games.

Time for him to retire. It's not just ending, it should be over.

And that has nothing to do with Prescott. I'm actually not thrilled with the idea of Prescott being the guy with no sensible fall back and not much time for him to learn.

And I was one of the few that actually wanted us to draft him prior to the draft.

This is not a great situation for the team to be out in.
I am worried about him. It would be great if he could have learned from Tony for a couple of years. If the Cowboys struggle I worry how he's going to react.

I support Tony, but it may be time to hang it up for his future health. The season ending hit last year and this one against Seattle weren't even big hits. The guy is fragile now.

The hit against Seattle was very bad. It wasn't "big" but there's a lot more to a hit than just the force applied.

The one last year was an unhealed bone.

I knew it the second it happened, such an awkward hit, good thing our staff held him out from returning in the game.

It would be nice, for once, to be on the other end of the injury spectrum. Where we actually have a player heal much quicker than expected from injury.
