You get the purple lips if ya smoke too much (from the heat of the joint/blunt/bowl, etc. exposure over a long period of time; similar to "construction hands"). Just tell folks you have chapped lips. I know many professionals that smoke on their lunch breaks...don't worry yourself about it.

My friends and I had a term we used for people who had purple lips due to smoking. We called it the "yurples". So when we'd see someone with purple lips, we'd say, "He/She has the yurples" meaning they were smokers.

I'm not an illegal drug user, and I don't support drug use beyond what may be required medically. I have a spiritual reason why I don't partake in alcohol or drugs.

Having said this, I do believe that the decriminalization of marijuana will happen within 20 to 30 years.
Your'e missing out bro:D Just messin, good for you (honestly) to be able to live without those "stress relievers" tbh. Ideally, most would like to take that route too.

Let's just say I'm vastly experienced with the product and I've never seen or heard that...ever. A great man once said "Let us not judge a man only by the color of his lips".

You probably don't smoke blunts down to the roach? ;) That's when I had them. Really that's where the majority of it comes from; roaches of joints/blunts. Great joke, I laughed out loud at work:D

All depends on the money. If the states that have legalized it show money in the coffers and no crime increase, many will jump on board. Same as gambling, many states have been watching the Massachusetts gambling experiment and many are getting ready to follow suit.

This country was founded on the separation of church and state and what is legislating morality with regards to this but treading on that principle? Did we not learn anything from Prohibition? We created a criminal empire through the desire to control others' pleasures. That and the desire of at least one senator to get into bootlegging as a hobby.

What they should be doing is considering more laws to control congress, the real criminals in this country. They should at least allow a marijuana lobby to battle the liquor one fighting this with every dollar they can muster.

I heard coffee was a drug at one time.

My guess is that the NFL will not be testing for weed soon. Like, next year. That soon. All it would take is for the stars of the league to get together and smoke weed and post on Youtube. Get Brady, Rodgers, Peterson, Romo, Wilson, et al to get high together and then show up for a drug test. Watch how fast the NFL gets rid of drug testing for weed. The players have the power. The star players can make this happen as a gift to all the players. Stop this lunacy. The stuff is legal in numerous states and will be federally legal soon. Just a matter of time.

It is all about money. When the NFL stands to lose money by suspending players for weed, the testing will stop.

I know that outside of fighters, there is no reason to dehydrate yourself to lower your weight, because it doesnt actually do anything other than hurt performance. A football player doesnt "make weight". They trim to get more mobile.
A football player that has been away from training for a few months and has a weigh in that could hurt his draft stock would shed pounds in a sauna. For all we know Zeke could have been 245 and people can dehydrate themselves to 220 in a sauna.
Of course its not real weight and only for dropping pounds for the sake of a scale.

However I have never heard of someone sweating pot out of their system. Not even sure if its possible. (I know nothing about pot or drug test btw).

Don't the players all get weighed and drug tested at the combine?
Does anyone know if these text were for the scouting combine or another time when he would be tested and weighed.

Its a bad look either way.
