Lot of injuries for CHI/DAL: CB Kyle Fuller (knee) expected to be out, CB Orlando Scandrick (hammies) may be too. Tyron Smith game-time call

#Bears WR Alshon Jeffery is expected to play vs. #Cowboys, source said. He wants to work out that knee he tweaked last week to be sure

I wonder what we do if Tyron's out. Does Chaz take his spot and everything else remains the same. Or do we shift guys around and enter Leary as guard.

Hearing about all the Bears starters with injuries. Well, we have starters DLawrence, RGregory, RMcClain, Scandrick (most likely) out on d. Backup DE CTapper still out.

Offense it is Romo, TSmith (most likely). 6 starters right there. Not to mention DFree is hobbled, and our 2nd Tight End James Hanna (I.R.), leading rusher last year DMcFadden (out).

Agree with your point, but it's past time to stop referring to that loser McClain as a starter who's out. He was last year's starter, but never in OTAs or training camp or preseason. Just a bum out of football.

Yes, but all you will hear on the telecast is how decimated the Bears are, particularly if they are losing.

Bears injuries or not, and with our many players missing or dinged rather they play or not. It will be a tough game. No walk in the park here. Though I certainly hope we do have a game where we just get to the point and cruise to a victory.
We need one of those games.

the back for tyron is troubling a back injury for a offensive lineman is not good

Wow. With both our OTs gimpy, this could get interesting here the next few weeks.

What is the point of a swing tackle if he doesn't play when a tackle is injured. It would be concerning of they shuffled the entire line not to play Green.

I'm pretty certain that if Tyron came out of a game unexpectedly, Green would fill his spot. (like he briefly did already)

Just wondering out loud that in a case where they KNOW Tyron's not going to play at all beforehand, do they try to get their best 5 O lineman out there by moving a G to T and then plug Leary in. I wonder what options the coaching staff is considering.

I think I'm with you on this one. Rolando has been out of sight, out of mind, to me.

He basically hasn't been a part of the team since last season.

I think we are rolling with Green as the first option. We have rarely wanted to make two moves to fill one hole
