I know these debates are usually "no way could a college team beat a pro team" but in this case I'm not so sure. Cleveland is decimated with injuries and this may be the best iteration of Alabama since Saban has tooken over. I say Alabama could win that game who you got?

Nah they're the Browns on like their 4th QB they can't beat anybody. If they win it'd be 3-0 but I think Alabama could pull it off 7-3.

Let's be honest, Alabama could beat Cleveland.
No they couldn't. Alabama has a few potential NFL players (who would be rookies BTW) . The Browns players are ALL NFL players, even if they're not the best NFL players they are still NFL players.

I'm not even sure the Browns are the worst team in the NFL.

It's happened before. Doubt Ala OL could handle the pressure. Ala defense looks reasonably tough still not NFL standards. They get TOs though and Cle makes them so.....

Cleveland may be winless, but they have been in most of their games, so I don't see it being close if they played Alabama. People get enamored with all the potential high draft picks, but keep in mind, many of Alabama's past first rounder have done very little in the NFL, second, while a few players will be able to hold their own, the freshman and sophomore's, no matter how good they are, would get blown up play after play.

They gave up 560 yards and 4 tds to the Bengals today. Their on their like 6th quarterback, I'm not even sure he's a pro but maybe they're just getting fans out of the crowd to play. They can't beat Alabama.

No way Cleveland would lose to Alabama. Grown men versus kids with some NFL talent. Wouldn't be close.

This is similar to when people were saying Kentucky could beat the 76ers in a series..

The Nationals have that one guy famous for that one quote about questions like this.

They'd stomp them beyond recognition

Even that 6th QB, Hogan from Stanford, was a college all-american level QB
Come on

I wish we could see this happen just 1 time. An NFL team play a college team.

It would end this talk once and for all.

It would be fun for fans too.

So many times in life we get cheated on matchups that would just be so fun to see at least 1 time.

Just 1 time I would like to see an awful NFL team play a loaded college team.

Like those early 2000s hurricanes teams or USC National Title teams vs the Lions who couldn't win a single game.

I'd bet on the pro team but I don't think it would be as lopsided as people think.

If they played 20 times I think there is a way for the college team to win 1 time.

Sounds about right.

It'd be fun, that's for sure.

Just recall though both Sapp and Michael Irvin are on record saying how much better they got after just a couple of years in the pros.

Say a 60 man college team is loaded and has 7, or even 10, NFL ready players (as in ready that day) on it...but maybe even only half of them would be really good until later in their careers.
Then the weak NFL team has 50+ NFL players on it...even if they may only have 1-2 real star NFL players, and maybe 10 "good ones" , ALL of their players would be studs at the college level.

But those USC and Miami teams are great examples of loaded.
