I wish we could see this happen just 1 time. An NFL team play a college team.

It would be fun for fans too.


So many times in life we get cheated on matchups that would just be so fun to see at least 1 time.

Just 1 time I would like to see an awful NFL team play a loaded college team.

Like those early 2000s hurricanes teams or USC National Title teams vs the Lions who couldn't win a single game.

I'd bet on the pro team but I don't think it would be as lopsided as people think.

If they played 20 times I think there is a way for the college team to win 1 time.

I think a lot of people who think the college team has a real shot are gauging skill position talent only. What very small chance the college team had on that level is destroyed in the trenches. The NFL defensive front 7 would completely annihilate any college team O-line.

Back in the day there was an annual game of college all-stars who played the previous year's NFL champions in a preseason game. The NFL won the large majority of the games but there were a few times the college all-stars won. These were college all-stars and not a specific college team that played against the NFL champions of the previous year, but this was usually the first preseason game and the NFL team wasn't exactly sending their best team on the field and they still won.

Even if they're not good by NFL standards their team is still built of men in the top very small percentage of football players in the world.

Their worst players would very likely start on Alabama in most cases.
