We will never be able to overcome that one. Too much history and with how that game ended...ugh. Never will get that one back.
yeah, that's up there with the Santana Moss game when we inducted Troy/Emmitt/Michael into the Ring of Honor

just absolute pathetic displays on both occasions

Let me say every week you step on a field it is a test, there are no givens. To win you have to go out and execute and play good ball. As for the ranking of the Ravens defense, they are a good unit and Dallas will be tested once again by a quality defense. I look forward to seeing the Cowboys meet that challenge

So what running backs have they faced??

Pitt RB Bell for one they were able to hold him to 34 yards rushing. Buffalo McCoy they held to 58 yards. I did not post this to suggest Dallas could not beat them, I think we can but I don't see this as a cake walk for Dallas. To win you have to go out and earn it because Balt has as much to play for in this game as Dallas does.

should be a good matchup. just from a quick glance it doesn't appear that they've faced many high powered offenses (at least not many with good balance like Dallas) so far this season. The teams they did face off with a good to serviceable offense they lost to (Oakland, Skins, Giants). Not sure what happened vs. the Jets lol

just keep pounding with Zeke, they will eventually fold.. just like every other team this season sans NYG

A buddy is a Ravens fan, and he's usually confident and/or delusional. He said "Ravens haven't really let any any running backs do any damage, but I'm scared of Zeke. He's a beast "

If you knew him, highest of praise.

Baltimore's defensive stat is a little misleading. It's similar to the Dextor Coakley led Dallas defenses that were often ranked 5th in the league during those 5-11 seasons. It was more a result of no offense and low scoring than of actual defense. If you aren't scoring, teams play a little more conservatively with a lead.

I don't make final score predictions, but let me just say this, we are going to spank the Ravens. I was always worried about the Steelers game. The Ravens? not so much. We'll win this one by at least 10 and Zeke will score 3 TDs.....

FO has them with the #5 defense...and the worst offense in the NFL.

Offensive rating won't get much better after they their performance this week against one of the worst defenses in CLE.

Averaged 3.5 yards per rushing attempt and Flacco got picked off twice and averaged 6.4 net yards per attempt (about league average)

Been looking forward to this type of test. While I enjoy the wins and all the rest, I would like to know where we are. Win or lose this next game, we will be a much better team after it. We will know what we really are after this game IMO. Hope so anyhow.

Buff with TieRod Taylor at QB and Pitt with one legged Ben, then throw in cle twice, yeldon, raiders running game and nyg running game that is 7 anemic running games at the time.

really wish we were playing this defense at the end of the year. would be a great prelude to facing off with Seattle in the playoffs
