I've often wondered what Bailey's absolute limit would be at Cowboys Stadium,

Also, if he could do this, why wouldn't the Ravens be kicking at the least 65 yard field goals on a regular basis?

I've seen him stroke 55 yarders at Cowboys Stadium with plenty of room to spare in warmups.

A wet football in sub-30 degree weather doesn't allow that.

I agree. Bailey hit a 56 yarder in the opener against the Giants at Cowboys Stadium; and if I recall it looked like it would have been good from 65.

Assuming a constant force (and air resistance), 45 degree angle would max out the distance.

Worthy of note: Bailey's kick attempt of 55 that fell short...was right down the middle, only needing another foot.
