Beer Thread'ers, looks like I missed a good one last night. Was feeling blue about my boy being gone till the weekend, I needed to drink alone.

It's been a sad couple days here for me at the Zone, but I won't get into to it.

Everyone have a blessed and safe day, today. Again, Happy Bithday to @LocimusPrime muh Ninja, and @haleyrules my brudda from anudda motha.

When you're at your local store, Kim, do a quick Google of the EVOO you want to purchase, it will tell you if it's true EVOO (pressed) or fraudulent. Even your local store will have some good stuff. Rule of thumb, if you can't (or don't want to) eat it on salad don't buy it :)

Wow, thank you, Trout. You have helped me out a lot. I never would have thought about pressed or not. I will definitely keep this in mind next time. Yeah, if Pompeiian is gonna start using plastic bottles, I guess it's time to move on from them. You prompted me to look up EVOO safety for storing and I learned that I probably need to throw this bottle I have away! It is dangerous to store in plastic, as the chemicals in the plastic can seep into the oil itself. It is also dangerous to store near heat, and too much oxygen can make it dangerous, so to keep the lid on tight. Good grief. lol. I just can't believe this well known and trusted brand would start putting their oil in plastic, knowing it can turn toxic. What is wrong with them?? Thanks again, Trout!

Anytime, Ms. Kim. I cook a lot for my son, and am a big Rachel Rey fan, so I know my EVOO's :)

If you ever want suggestions for a good brand (that can be found at most supermarkets), let me know! Also, using Google while in the aisle has never let me down :)
