They should get the Spanish speaking girl involved instead. The accent alone would probably make her more interesting, plus she is easily the most attractive female working for the Cowboys. Think her name is Amber something.

Lol i love how we never start a thread about a dude on one of these shows and how much they know x & os. They definitely don't degrade to bonability by the 2nd page....

I'm guessing a cheerleader can hold that title.

I have been waiting for someone to post this topic. IMO Taylor Stern, God bless her, is absolutely 100% horrendous on The Break and needs to be replaced. She is constantly interrupting/talking over Nick Eatman and Derrick. When Nick starts talking about a related topic or recalling a story she makes it a point to make a comment to throw him off. Nick's involvement on the show has dropped significantly over the past few months and who can blame him when he has to deal with Taylor. I have lost count on how many times she reminds the guys that she was the one who asked David Irving if he was gonna practice or how she is so cool that she can talk to any player or coach (heard Clayton Kershaw put her in her place). All her commentary is based off her conversations with Broaddus, that's why he is always agreeing with her. It's like a double dose of Broaddus when she speaks. She loves to hear herself talk and take credit for the FinishThe Fight productions even though it's Kent's and Lindsey's writing. They don't trust her enough to write any of the players narrative. At one point she joined Josh Ellis and Dave Helman on On Aire and proceeded to ridicule her date for crying because his father passed away, she found it so funny that someone would cry over the death of a parent that she laughed at him on Aire. I called her out on Twitter over that telling her that it's a privilege an honor to work for the Dallas Cowboys and she shouldn't be disrespecting anyone. She went crying to Helman and Broaddus and I got blocked. She is so full of herself she has her own spot Tay What on the show. Ed Cahill and Rowan Kavner were excellent at their jobs, it's so disappointing and disrespectful that they were replaced with Taylor Stern. Taylor Stern maybe be a good person for all I know but the person she has decided to portray herself as in the media is repulsive.

What happened with her and Kershaw?

Unless most of the guys here are gay why would we wholesale be talking about sex with guys? If that's whats people are into great for them but I'm assuming most are straight hence why you get this version of "bonability"

Sounds more like a personal vendetta because she had you blocked. Most the post I've seen are fairly positive about her. I think she represents her age bracket well and is a refreshing aspect of the Break.

Women are in the NFL media because more women are becoming interested in the sport. However, the greatest mistake men make is assuming that women talk about sports from the same perspective as men. Not true.

Men will talk about a game from a the more strategic perspective, X';s and O's. They will make statements based on how the game is played and how the team's performance compares with other teams.

Women approach sports and athletes by building some type of emotional connection. You don't impress a woman by telling her that Dak is the #1 rated QB this year. You impress her by telling her that Dak's TD celebration start with the acknowledgement of his deceased mother by pointing into the sky.

Suppose you have a girl friend or wife that is not particularly fond of football. She tends to leave you alone to do your thing during a game while she does something else. Suppose you prefer to have her handy. You never know when an important play is about to happen. Also you never know if you can make it to the last barbecued rib before someone else snatches it so this is where she would come in handy All you got to do is point out some player on your team that likes the same thing she does and provide her with stories.

For example, I could say that Jason Witten will be going into the Hall of Fame. However, a woman would respond much more positively if I told her that he was once NFL Man of the Year for his work in the SCORE Foundation, which helps to battle domestic abuse.

Wait she really laughed that her date cried about his father passing away? That's hardcore if you ask me! The thing is if you look at her social media accounts she's always posting about her dad and that they're best friends etc. You would think that of all people she would be understanding of that.

SOLID POINTS! I never looked at it this way. Totally makes sense. Thanks for sharing man.

"Tay Tay" is just annoying to me because of the texture of her voice and the millennial lameness. It's a bit discordant in having her in that roundtable she is in. But I know why they do it and I can see that point. Guess its really hard to find females like her in the first place so the pool is limited. Not much to choose from. So we get what we get someone with a voice I subjectively can't stand.

I really dig Amy Lawrence's voice and her perspective and content.

yes i know she is not a millennial.

Man, I wish I could hi-five so hard right now! You did it man!!!

Way to shred a 22-23 year old on her first real gig out of school. How freaking dare she not hit the ground running like a seasoned 20 year vet in the game!

I agree. Not only is she "repulsive," but might I add she's clearly a disgusting and pathetic human being for having her own segment on a podcast. That's gotta be the equivalent of like taking the primetime anchor news spot on NBC or something, right?

I think the only reasonable and logical thing to do now would be to stalk her on all forms of social media and hound her until she feels worthless.

I'm with you all-the-way man. I ask...no...I DEMAND more from the free media product I pay nothing for.

Tay has put a lot of effort into learning the game. The last chick knew nothing so I give Tay credit. She really has tried and I don't find her annoying. She does push the videos a little hard.

I agree Ambar Garcia is the most attractive female working for the Cowboys and that includes the cheerleaders. But as a Spanish speaking person, I kind of like her exclusiveness on "Somos Cowboys" but I do like her on First Word as well.
