Dear friends. I apologize for not being around. Just wanted to update my you on my progress. Finally, I am at 249 LBS. 14 LBS gone in 1 month. Next target is 239 by March 31st.

I will use a cheat day this Sunday. Will drink like crazy and eat like crazy. I love each and every one of you.

Why are you on a diet?

I've been overweight for quite a few years. I've been on diets before and although I always lost weight, I always gained it back. It's been a struggle. I just love junkfood.
