This guy gets more and more overhyped....if he is half as good as everyone is thinking he will be an 8 time pro bower. Just for a little fun what did Myles Jack do this year?

Struggled to get on the field early, started playing more while splitting time at WLB, was just OK.

I imagine cutting and change of direction would be compromised as well

Not as much as you would think. The muscle in question picks up the foot and the act of cutting involves pushing down. it just makes it more difficult to reset the motion so to speak.

what do you mean "reset" the motion? im not being flippant, just generally curious. I was just under the assumption that cutting was going to be the issue with his condition if the nerve didn't fire back up

Is there a video, post-injury, showing his lateral movement ability during a drill or practice?

He said he could have played in the playoffs at an elite level.

Well. Let's see some of it.

Wow! 23? You say that like it's a good thing or an accomplishment.

And the cause of that 21-3 "blink" was in large part because they got away from the running game early. Anybody who truly wants to see it and can bear the truth, is free to look at the play by play for the game.

Or they can keep their heads buried in the sand.
That's just revisionist history. Not really interested in re-litigating the game. I didn't agree with all the playcalls.

But as usual when we lose it's all on the coaches and play calling. I can set my watch to the crying.

Well when you push off you have to lift the foot back up as part of the gait. That is what I was talking about with fluidity.

It's running, cutting, jumping, or any other leg activity that is impacted.

That's what they try to point to in a failed attempt to justify it, trying to sneak past the fact that getting away from the run is what helped them get to that 21-3 hole.

While they might try to forget about it, the rest of us aren't.

And before anyone starts, nobody is saying the defense was good, we're saying bad playcalling by the offense didn't do anyone any favors either.

But this probably isn't the thread to bring this up again.
Yes not running the ball is the reason the defense gave up 3 consecutive touchdowns.

People have no shame or fear of embarrassing themselves it seems.

Good thing he's working on his 40 time, the combine is coming up. Where do you think he gets drafted this year?

wait... I've just been informed some team was dumb enough to draft him last year. Even though EVERYONE knew he wouldn't play and might not ever play again. Who would be that dumb?

I think we should draft Rashan Gary this year in the first... in two years when he can play in the league... WATCH OUT!

A) Continuing with the progress...love it. I'm also appreciative of Jaylon given updates on his rehab now and then, even if it's only a 3 second video of him running. This will help getting through the off season

B) WTH? What does the playoff game have to do with Jaylon's rehab?

Then maybe you shouldn't chime in trying to defend it?

But as usual when we lose it's all on the coaches and play calling. I can set my watch to the crying.

And as even more "usual", some fans will chime in trying to excuse blatant mistakes in the name of fandom.

I can set my watch to that "crying" too.
