I give Garrett one more season to show some mettle in the postseason. If he can't produce a winning atmosphere after this season, I'd want him gone, Dave. Linehan and Marinelli, on the other hand, are keepers. But a new coach will want his own personnel.

I agree about garrett, but I see Linehan gone too, if that happens. I hope it all works out, but I just don't think Garrett has the stones to hold his coordinators accountable. I could be wrong and I hope I am. Who knows what is being said on the headsets and in the filmroom.

What are your thoughts on Marinelli, Coach? He's the one guy I would desperately want to keep if we had a whole regime change.

We give this man a D, finally, and he is elite I think. We're wasting his years and his inner fire with these trash D's.

He's a great coach, doesn't have the tools to be more aggressive. We need to get him a couple of studs. That bend don't break defense is tough to win with in the playoffs.
