We need to improve the defense but this is an offensive league right now.

The Falcons had an atrocious defense and they made the Superbowl.

New Englands defense wasn't anything that special either.


What we can't do is have our defense open the flood gates while our offense gets drive killing penalties.

I wasn't saying that there are not other ways to win a SB. I understood that post as following Carolina's model and there is no comparison there due to the differences in defense.
