Carolina offense? Could Dallas do what Carolina couldn't next year?

What carolina couldn't next year with dak presscott and win it all?? Cam newton threw/ran for 40TD'S and with Jonathan Stewart they continued to "keep pounding" or should we continue to play keep away on offense and keep dink n dunking choosing our spots wisely?

As it stands now, the differences between their defense (2015) and ours is night and day. So, no it won't be done unless we improve significantly on defense next season.

Obviously the keep away offense dosent work they are gonna have to change it I know offense compliment defense visit versa blah blah blah I'm wondering if dallas could run a similar offensives carolina and be as or more successful because the offense they run as in dallas just dosent seem yo work lost ro greenbay twice with it with two diff QBS playing at very high levels

I think he's refering to Carolina being dominant, and then disappearing this season. Can Dallas repeat success? I say, yes. If we continue to draft well, and throw some dollars at defense, we could be even better imo.

We need to improve the defense but this is an offensive league right now.

The Falcons had an atrocious defense and they made the Superbowl.

New Englands defense wasn't anything that special either.


What we can't do is have our defense open the flood gates while our offense gets drive killing penalties.

Carolina's defense in 2015 had 24 ints, 15 fumbles recoveries, and 4 TDs. It most definitely was their offense that put them in positions to win games. Could you imagine if this offense had that type of defense? We'd score 40 points a game easily.

Some people will never realize this, nor accept the facts.

I have a friend in this category. He picks up on one thing every year and won't let it go. Though I gave his stats he still insisted it was dink and dunk.....and when they did go down field, he had reasons why a Brady did more, and claimed he was more successful at it. Any QB that threw downfield in his opinion was better and winners......so I ask him why were we 13-3...he said from the running game.

I wonder what will be his theme is next year. He also hates players for one or two plays. Sticks with him forever. Kind of sounds like a few on here.........

Not a chance with their present defense

The problem with any comparison to us and Carolina is the defense. They have far better corners and a better duo of safeties. They essentially play a 4-2-5 scheme because Kuechly and Davis are so good. Imagine having Sean Lee and an even better coverage linebacker who is a tackling machine right next to him.

The organization needs to find out what Dak's strengths and weaknesses are and create an offense, both schematically and personnel-wise, that highlights his strengths and hide his weaknesses.

With a full off season now, going into it knowing Dak is the starter, and a year of game film. They can work on this. They have the RB, the OL, Dez, not missing much personnel wise. Need another WR, speed WR, a TE to eventually replace Witten. Swaim was looking decent too.
Need to replace Free too.
But we all know all of this. But never hurts to say it....
