Probably the only thing keeping this from a suspension and messy lawsuit by the girl is the fact she willingly exposed her breasts in the same incident. Let's move on.

I'm not claiming all is fair and right, just saying the NFL has its own set of rules. Players should know they live in a fish bowl when in public and be on their best behavior which is a small price to pay IMO. Zeke made his bed and now he has to lay in it, whatever ends up happening, if anything.

Taken that the NFL has its own set of rules--which, I'm sure we can agree, are not precisely defined or uniformly applied--players cannot be faulted (or at least entirety faulted) for running afoul of these rules insofar as they would be uncertain what actions would ultimately be punishable.

So, as fans, either we admit that we desire players to live out there lives as hapless football robots or we point our misplaced irritation to the proper place--the demigod Goodell responsible for the vague rules and their disparate application.

Whenever I hear these young cats talking about they're the boss in their homes, I just laugh.

Men - good men, I mean - we've been sold a bill of goods.

It took me a couple of years to figure out Im wrong even when Im right but now that weve gotten that ironed out its all good. I will admit she knows to let me watch the Cowboys and that is what I will be doing on Sundays. Thats really the only time I stick up for myself lol.

I think the one thing we are overlooking is the resume Zeke is building up. This act alone can be brushed off to an extent but the player starts building up a so called Rap sheet. Again I have no intent on coming down on him my concerns are for his career and of course the Cowboys. You start adding up incidents and it seems to always come back and haunt a player.

It is the price you pay as a public figure, I hear people here saying what they did when they were his age big difference is we don't live in the spot light and no one cares but for these players it matters.

Yes I said that early on in the thread. His care free demeanor is great and all but if his decision making doesn't improve he will eventually get slapped on the wrist for something.

Between that and the Ben and Jennifer Gardner break up, it's been rough. I finally got over Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johanson
Check this out
Ben plays Batman a DC superhero. Jennifer was elektra a marvel hero.

Ryan plays green lantern a DC hero
Scarlett plays black widow a marvel hero

Coincidence. Hmmmmm
Or is it DC vs Marvel

If you lost some brain cells reading this post... sorry man

Well..

I thought his dad was coming down to watch over him back when the allegations all started?

Guess he left Zeke on his own.

When Dez was having issues..

they placed a chaperone on him.

Zeke..get ready.

Of course you don't feel bad for Zeke. Its hard to have empathy for those doing better than you for a lot of people. Not that Zeke needs you to feel sorry for him. Its just something I see regarding people with means, fame, status from people that usually aren't on their level as if y'all get some type of twisted pleasure they are having problems.
Ya'll? Don't include me in that group. I do feel bad for him that he's a moron.

That's true and I understand and somewhat ageee with your point but there is common sense involved. I don't think NOT grabbing your wife's, g/f's, whoever's shirt and pulling it down in public (mardi gras or not) is considered living a hapless football robot life. Zeke may know football but it's a good thing he's not getting paid for using common sense, he'd be broke.

The rules are arbitrary and you don't get to speak for what they will or will not do. The incident was a month ago and nothing has happened yet. Keep hoping though maybe if you wish hard enough it will become true.
