QB Josh McCown to visit with the Dallas Cowboys today

McCown is a Tony Romo fan in a big way.
Ed Werder spoke directly with McCown and says McCown is a big fan and was so impressed with how Romo handled last year that he won't sign with Dallas unless he's
assured that Romo won't be there. (No need for two old vets anyway).
Moore and McCown would be the backups.

If McCown plays, you can forget a championship. Would be a huge blunder.

That can be said for pretty much all teams.

think Atlanta is getting to the SB with Shaub...Green Bay with Huntley....Pitts with Landry Jones....

Yeah, lots of teams make the Superbowl with backups........

Yes, but not with Dallas when they had Romo.

Not big on him, but if we end up signing him, I'll root my heart out for him, just like every player on our roster.

Preparing for life after Tony Romo: Former Browns' QB Josh Mccown is on his way to Dallas to visit Cowboys today, per source.

I don't have a problem with this move, if they intend on getting another QB via the draft to complete for the backup position.

I find it funny that people think a Josh McCown visit is the signal to the rest of the league that we aren't keeping Romo. And not... You know... Playing Dak over him even when he was ready to go.

Silly.

Oooh.

I love a bidding war.

Bring it, New York.

We owe you for Claiborne.
