Higher abv in the 120, both are very hoppy, fruity IPAs exceptionally made, and no where near that price in California.

The 120 is like 20%. That's really hard to pull off. Long time to make so they release anything vaguely drinkable. You cannot get consistency with that ABV.

The 90 is maybe 9%. That's going to be more consistent but IMO, blown out of the water by many West coast versions

Yup.

I really like Torpedo IPA, myself. Sierra Nevada makes a damn fine brew, Abe. Sculpin is good, Lagunitas, 805, Stone etc.

But Max was wanting that 120, which I drink often and is readily available out here.

Those that you like are all corporate now. All bought by big breweries. Will just get worse. You gotta dig a bit deeper.

Sculpin is still Sculpin. Stone is still Stone. Sierra Nevada is still woefully underrated with elitist drinkers... etc.

I drink a lot of brew, bro. Not just IPAs, either. You do you. Im a connoisseur, and I'll stick to my laurels. I've been drinking many different beers, from stouts to lagers to ales to IPAs, since my early twenties. From Old Rasputin to Imperials to Mississippi Mud and bloody foreheads to Weihenstephaner to 2/11 to PBR... and on and on.

My favorites are German lagers and Heffs. I live in California. I have the best beer in the world at my beckon call.
