What is scrapple????????

I think it may be just an east coast thing but it is made from all the scraps that are left over after you butcher a cow. I made it once when a friend of mine butchered one.
What goes into it would make you think twice but when you mix it all up and make it into loaves it is soooo good!! You can buy it at every grocery store around at least in PA.

I need to try this, asap!!! I eat cow head meat (cabeza), tongue (lengua), intestines (tripas). I'd be all over some damn scrapple, Maxx!!!!
