I Like Beer A Lot

Gonna make more chorizo, today. Made some for the boy and myself, but it was crap. Too greasy. It tasted good, but I know good chorizo.

Going to a local carniceria to check out what they have. Need to get some beans and tortillas, too.

Do any of you guys get stuck on a particular food for a while? Thinking chorizo may be my latest :D

Lately I've been craving fruit lol, I must have some kind of deficiency lol

Beef fajitas with all the trimmings is always on top of the list lol

lol. Always. Its like booze...l go on long binges...Hamburgers are my favourite...I go on Ribeye binges too...the bride makes a potato-shrimp-noodle salad that drives me crazy...I have to have Mexican Chorizo and eggs twice a week...thats the law!! But real Mexican chorizo...no fake commercial junk...here you can get the real thing...nothing better. Today, l enjoyed some home made Sancocho soup...made by the neighbour...GD good stuff...especially after 6 beers...;):grin:

Beef fajitas are awesome!! Must have the green and red peppers and onions, too!!! :D

That's some damn good eating you do there, brother! Between the local goodies, the missus's cooking, and the ribeyes! I'm jealous!!! :D

Trouty...the food is a perfect balance..the local stuff is ivery healthy and natural...you can mix it up with all the ole greasy, heart pluggin crap from north America..best of both worlds...lol :lmao:...hard to beat.. l love the rural mountain life...l go visiting and they feed me good and healthy...tell you what city boy...the rural life in the remote mountains is the only life....
