Hardy har har.

The more likely defense for Irving would probably be along the lines of the tainted supplement scenario I mentioned earlier.
It is still a very weak defense.

Those darn evil companies sneaking things into supplements.

He could've been the victim of a tainted supplement. If that's the case, and he can prove it, it could exonerate him.

I've seen this happen before, not in the NFL, but in MMA/UFC. Long story short- a competitor pissed hot, insisted he only took approved/legal supplements. For his appeal, he purchased several sealed containers of said supplements, had those containers sent to a lab and analyzed and they did indeed find banned ingredients in the supplements that were not stated on the label or ingredients on the package. The competitor was exonerated.

We are talking about the NFL....Where the league does everything in it's power to stick it to the Cowboys....but let's Deflategate keep Super Bowl trophies.

It has nothing to do with them "sneaking" ingredients into the supplements. In the case I referenced, the supplement company that was involved gave a statement that the tainted ingredients were the result of manufacturing equipment not being cleaned properly in between runs of different products.

And like I said earlier, I'm not saying this is probable or likely to work as a defense for Irving; only that it's possible.

Wait, so this could possibly, hold on folks, be a result of poor maintenance on cleaning equipment from the supplement company?

This just gets better and better as you go along.

Uh.... he saved a bunch of money on his car insurance by switching to Geico? He has found the missing evidence of collusion between Trump and the Russians? He has "pictures" of Goodell?

I just read something that showed the Cowboys since 2014 have had players miss 100 games because of suspension while the next highest was Baltimore at 53.

Yes. Our track record is deplorable.

And even if you believe it is all about a conspiracy, well, we make it easy to execute.

Wouldn't shock me...and would prove my point. I mean honestly....the league let the city of Philadelphia host the draft. How much more Anti-Cowboy can it get?

Gregory and McClain contribute the most to those numbers,so there's definitely some legitimacy, but it does seem that our players don't catch the same breaks that some on other teams seem to get. Maybe it's because their circumstances show they don't deserve it, but it sure looks like the Cowboys are treated differently just like with some of the calls that are made against them.

Considering the popularity of the team, you would think Dallas would actually catch more breaks than many of the teams that rely on the revenue teams like Dallas generate for the league, especially when they are good.
