In California, if your vehicle is in service, while under warranty, for certain mechanical errors (transmission being mine, and one of the listed), it's pretty automatic, as my car was in for 34 days total. 26 the first time, then two weeks later for 8, Coach. Also was in for three days for a door latch that broke. And I have 4 recall notices that I have yet to take in. This car is a POS. I'm gonna buy a new car with this 25k, maybe finance 7k. Prius or Honda Accord

They have to pay everything back, even the financing I paid off the car in 8 months, so I didn't pay much in financing, but I should be getting 25K. DMV fees, everything.

I didn't like it, either. That's like the third damn thread created about me in the OT Zone since I started posting last July. They all get deleted, thank god. But now we have a locked thread from Waldo putting us all out in the open as some group desperate for freaking likes.
