What is Romo's record against Eli?

Isn't there something posted that Romo would have to throw 30 interceptions per year for the next 3 years and he still wouldn't catch Eli? I thought it was some kind of ridiculous stat like that. Romo>Eli and it is not even close.

Yes! IDK if your #'s are accurate, but it's some ungodly amount of interceptions he'd have to throw just to pull within sight of Eli's numbers

Also, any other information that proves how much better Romo is than Eli.

Other than we won the last 5 in row vs The Giants when Romo was QBing, and all divisional games "are when it "counted".
But then, its a team game. So QBs dont really beat QBs straight up.

Along those lines, we did lose that playoff game to the Giants a decade ago. I guess if you assume players don't improve, someone could hold that personally against Romo.

And then theres the fact that Romo is better in every single controllable stats category, I dont know what tell you.
Way higer QB rating and completion percentage.
and way better TD/int differential.

It doesn't matter. You won't win an argument with Giant fans. Tony was the better QB but Eli won when it counted and that's all that matters. Eli has a better shot at the HOF because of those 2 SBs.

I completely agree with this but I blame Jerry Jones for this more then anything.

Eli was a helmet catch and a Wes Welker drop away from being 0-2 against the Patriots in Super Bowls.
Just an aside but the patriots if everything goes right for them, have 8 Super Bowls with Brady, 2 against the Giants and then when they were beating the colts 21-3 in one of their afc championship games. If they win I'm pretty confident they beat Chicago in the super bowl

Eli is better than romo with looking stupid.

Well Jerry does have a lot to do with it. He has a lot to do with the Cowboys mediocrity since the last SB. It's just hard to believe that we only had 2 playoff wins with a QB as good as Tony.

No defense, no coach, and bad draft picks.

Since 2014 we've been headed in the right direction though.

They have as solid of a foundation as any team in the NFL right now.

I just wish we had some coaching that would embrace the chess side of football instead of thinking fundamental football will take care of everything.

Manning was far, far better than Romo when it counted. Thats the , sad, legacy that really counts. Its time to look ahead to Prescotts legacy and forget about what Romo couldn't do. He is the disappointing past. There is a bright future to look forward to.

Belichick is the GOAT.

Brady probably is too.

They are able to transform that team over and over and still win Titles.

I think part of that is they play in a super easy division and it allows them to have a margin of error and still get in the playoffs.

I wish we had Belichick :(.

I think we had a pretty fine future when Tony first started too but I ended up disappointed. Have to see how this batch turns out. Don't get me started on coaching. I haven't been happy with a coach since Parcells.
