THat is why I laugh at all these people saying Romo is going to struggle. This is just basic knowledge if you follow the game at all and Collinsworth acts like it is some kind of revelation.

Both Collinsworth and Al Michaels did little preparation for this game. I usually don't mind Collinsworth. They're never going to get rid of Michaels. At least he's not as awful as Joe Buck who doesn't even seem to care to make a professional attempt at announcing a game.

It sucks I have to have a three day ban on Facebook. All my Facebook friends are probably wandering if I'm still alive.

I am really liking the signing of Luke McCown after watching Moore for one half. I honestly don't see Moore making the team as the backup. Weak arm. No athletic scramble ability.

He had a few nice throws, but man that release isnt pretty. Blain Gabbert looked much more comfortable with probably similar talent around him. I still believe he Moore will be a serviceable backup, but think Mknown has a chance to surpass him.

Good

Cooper - Looks very good in pass pro.
Butler - looks much more comfortable with technique.
Morris - looks leaner and a little quicker.
Rod Smith - looks impressive all around
Bryan Brown - impressive on some routes, blocks well.
Rico - isn't ready, but is light years ahead of last year. Moves better and has some clue to what he's doing.
Tapper - showing some explosiveness looks ready to contribute.
Byron - making some nice plays, good awareness and recognition.

Bad

Ash - shouldn't be on the field. Getting pushed around pretty good
A. Brown - out with a hammy
Looney - He's not quick enough to be a starting center
Noah Brown - very bad technique out there. Nowhere near ready.
Frazier - no excuse for the penalty.

I like what I seen from Tapper too

Moore is tearing up that second/third string. He has a little something.

When people realize this is a timing offense...and Moore is doing his part....they will figure it out...eventually. Kid has been almost perfect.

Considering this is a preseason game...w/ many changing pieces....I don't think you can ask for more.

Collins - looked good
jones - did not think he did so well

Collins was sufficient because of his size and athleticism. Still inconsistent with technique and was a bit sloppy at times. Could still be much better than Free and I'm not anti-Free.

I thought Byron looked quite good out there besides one catch to the TE where there seemed to be some confusion in assignments. Made some nice tackles at the LoS.

I expect him to get his footwork and hand placement right and then make an effort to a perfectly catchable ball. Jones and Brian Brown are blocking just as well and are far better route runners. Moore has little to do with it.

This has been one of the things Noah Brown need to work on, it has been said before, he needs to learn this part of the position. But I bet he learns very quickly from it.
