Kaps girlfriend compared the Ravens owner to slave owner and Ray Lewis to a slave

 That's where Kap has been getting all these weird ideas. He didn't used to be this way until that girl.

That's insane. This is the sort of thing that completely delegitimizes his logic. If you can honestly compare those with a straight face - Kap is right where he deserves... Without a job

Nah you was just looking for a reason to say someone was bad if this "delegitimizes" his logic esp when it wasn't even him that posted it. Just be honest don't hide behind some bogus excuse.

Half of your posts are backhanded attempts at starting irrational debate and/or calling people out just because they disagree with your feelings.

No thanks, I'm good.

Good day to you, sir. Or ma'am. (don't want to offend)

Look for it; if Colin Kaepernick isn't on an NFL team roster by opening day, even as a backup, their Will be NFL players who will demonstrate their solidarity, possibly even kneeling during the anthem, daring owners to do something.

This won't be about players agreeing with Kaepernick about the country and injustice or about disrespecting the flag, and they will say that. This will be about anger that the NFL owners are blackballing a member of the NFL brotherhood. There are 100 QBs in camp, including our own noodle arm Moore, whose ugly velocity was on display last night. Say what you will about the guy; there are not 50 QBs better than Kaepernick. Now we see injuries starting to threaten teams' seasons.

Even the players who hate what he did will support Kaepernick's right to work and have another chance. I hope he gets signed in the coming weeks so this can go away, but if not, look out.
Some in the media (and I guess apparently you too?) keep making it sound like Kaepernick is competing with guys like Moore for a roster spot.

That's not the case.

If they want to complain that Cutler got a job at 10 mil, then maybe...and I mean only maybe...you can compare the two.
Kaep wants to start or directly compete to start..and he wants to be paid accordingly.

Al this talk using QBs at the end of benches as comparables is very misleading.

LOL. Jerry and EVERY other owner wants robots not players who think for themselves. Plus most players will do WHATEVER the person signing their check ask them to do as long as their paycheck is coming in. So if that means standing on one foot barking like a dog they'll do that for the almighty dollar.

Jerry has already said that if any one of his players sit, they will find their way off the team......so, that would be a no.
He goes out of his way to praise law enforcement at every turn. Don't recall him actually saying that though...but maybe he did. I'm sure he feels that way.
And with the cowardly slaughter of cops during a BLM rally, that happened in Dallas just last year, it's almost unimaginable that a Cowboy player would kneel.

Can you blame them. Listen to Jerry when he was asked about the presidential hopefuls. These owners care about their teams for the most part, taking a social stand that easily divides your fan base henceforth your revenue stream is dumb, that is business 101.

And if you think Jerry would cut Scandrick or Elliott or TSmith or Jones or any other prominent starter for kneeling in protest of Kaepernick's blacklisting, you are taking Jerry too literally. The league is asking for noise and publicity they don't want on this issue. Someone needs to bring Kaepernick into camp as a backup.

They didn't last year, so why would they do it this year?

Not that I really care either way. Doesn't affect me in any way
I'm suggesting they might do it in solidarity about blackballing a guy for something he says he won't do again that the league officially accepted because they had no legal right to do anything else. It now has nothing to do with Kaep's idea of injustice. Now it's about injustice in the NFL....players will get much more fired up about that.

I concluded that I hope he gets a job or at least a tryout. The league shouldn't turn a turd into a figurehead.

K-nick can pinky toe pledge that he will not do it this year but K-nick is not the problem. It's the media, begging a team to get involved, so that they can get on their social justice high horse and run like hell with it. Mike Greenberg, of Mike and Mike, ran this story into the ground the last time around, which is why I don't listen to the show anymore. It turned from a sports show to a social justice show per ESPN's new direction. K-nick may be better than Cutler but the baggage train just ain't worth it.
