Game was much more enjoyable to watch in the 2nd half. 2nd team D was pretty solid for the most part. Hanging with Mr. Cooper though...great game from him.

Ain't that the truth. We might have picked up a better player than him as a UDFA this year.

Success depends so much on how things break. We might be crying for Romo if we had drafted either Lynch or Cook. Of course, if we had drafted either of them, Romo would probably still be our QB.

So what did we learn?

Prescott is pretty good.

Rush is better than Moore.

Jones still makes some mind numbing mistakes at S.

Defensive line seems OK against the run but can't rush the passer.

Basically, it's last year's team.

getting the hamstring team on the field will help . we put together some new pieces

Really dont know how the final numbers will work but then at RB we are also keeping 4 (1 FB) and at WR 6 with Noah Brown?

I don't think we can keep all of those. I think it will come down to fourth RB or sixth WR if Elliott beats his suspension. Of course, if we end up just going with two QBs that opens up the possibility of going long at all three of those spots.

If Wilson isn't suspended, we could go with seven linebackers and reduce either our DEs or CBs. We might go with nine OL, so that could affect the RB spot or maybe one of those defensive spots ... because I don't really think we've had a fifth DE or sixth CB win a spot yet.

Sign me up for your 2 QB plan, after Rush the others suck anyhow. We can match thier level of play with a FA off the streets. At that point we are screwed regardless.
