People turning on Dak after week 2?

Turning on Dak or just admitting reality?

He's not been good the first two weeks. He was actually pretty horrible today.

That's just the reality. It doesn't mean he's now Brandon Weeden forever, but the first two games have done nothing to quell the belief that maybe last year was just the fluke year for Dak.

He needs a good game next week.

He didn't look any worse than he did last year against Minnesota, NY or Philly. He actually looked much better against NY in week one than he did against them last year, which is encouraging.

If Dak plays 15 years in the NFL he may never play another secondary that good again. Denver has what might legitimately be the two best corners in football on the same team. Their #3 corner is a first round pick from Ohio State. Their #4 guy has been to a pro-bowl.

Not surprising. It happened with Romo, and it will happen to Dak. A lot of folks in this fanbase do not handle losses well. When we lose Dak sucks, Zeke sucks and Dez is done.

When we would have a stinker with Romo, this place would practically go nuclear on him.

The people that are turning on him are the same ones that have always been critical of him and likely have a history of being Romo fans or someone who wishes we drafted Carson Wentz.

Is it his fault the defense sucks and the OL and Zeke did nothing to help? Jesus, this is going to be Romo all over again.

As dumb as the fans now clucking that they were right and Dak isn't that good, the fans who excuse Dak's performances by blaming the OL and Zeke are equally as dumb.

Guess what? If Dak's play is entirely dependent on the OL and Zeke, those people that were saying he's nothing more than a system QB who had a perfect set up last year might be more right than you want to admit.

The blaming the WRs is also laughable.

I swear, some of you seem incapable of just admitting reality. Prescott sucked today. He did, as well as a whole lot of players. But this knee jerk reaction to be afraid to admit reality is hilarious.

He stunk today. He might not stink next week or the rest of the year. But for two games this year, he's played OK and crappy.

I must have missed all those receivers running open deep.
Who on this receiving corp scares a team with speed?
Are you kidding me?

How many times have we seen Dez run a go route and Dak air-mails it 5 yards out of bounds?

As stated in another post, we may have the worst fans in the NFL, and certainly some of the least informed ones. This is a 8-8 league for most teams. We have 2 new starters on the OL and lack of talent on the D from the DL through the backfield. We must run the ball to protect the D. If we can run, we look good. If we cannot run, we struggle. It ain't rocket science with this team. We are no better or worse than any team in the NFC east. No need to jump off a building.
