People turning on Dak after week 2?

As stated in another post, we may have the worst fans in the NFL, and certainly some of the least informed ones. This is a 8-8 league for most teams. We have 2 new starters on the OL and lack of talent on the D from the DL through the backfield. We must run the ball to protect the D. If we can run, we look good. If we cannot run, we struggle. It ain't rocket science with this team. We are no better or worse than any team in the NFC east. No need to jump off a building.

So basically, the same team as last year. Glad we spent the offseason improving our weaknesses.

Is it his fault the defense sucks and the OL and Zeke did nothing to help? Jesus, this is going to be Romo all over again.

It’s ok to admit he looked bad. And done it on his own several times so far this season. Still love him

No doubt Dak has stuff to work on. OTOH an almost three TD hole is a steep hill to climb when the defense knows you have to chuck it every play.

I think that he just needs to study and learn from this game. But, I'm no where near ready to give up on him. I don't agree with those saying that Romo should be playing. Even though I appreciate Romo, I think that Romo is too fragile and wouldn't last long against a physical Defense like Denver for the entire game.

Yep, the entire offense has been bad. And if we continue to have zero run game and poor oline play like we did today, yeah, expect to see more of the same from our 2nd year QB.

We did not improve the team much if at all, at least not yet as we have witnessed. We drafted late and this is tough to do. Time will tell. If the D plays better as the year goes, then maybe we did.

They need to incorporate designed roll outs and runs back into the game plan. They did it a lot last year but I haven't seen it much if at all this year. It looks like JG is determined to make Dak into a pure pocket passer. He did the same thing to Romo when he became the OC.

I'm not turning on him. But I'm starting to miss Romo's accuracy a lot more.

This notion that Romo was unbelievably accurate the whole game is pure fantasy. He has the most 4th quarter comebacks because we would often be behind going into the 4th quarter.

He looked bad even when the game was still relatively close.

Why does it surprise people that our fans have already decided Dak is done?

We did this with Romo every time he lost too.

We'll see what happens in the coming weeks. I saw enough of him today to think he's ok.

I see people calling out Witten. It's ridiculous. The entire team sucked today but these knee jerk reactions are ridiculous. It was an out of Conference game and there's 14 games left. The Cardinals aren't exactly world beaters and I don't see the entire team playing that badly two weeks in a row.

Turning on Dak or just admitting reality?

He's not been good the first two weeks. He was actually pretty horrible today.

That's just the reality. It doesn't mean he's now Brandon Weeden forever, but the first two games have done nothing to quell the belief that maybe last year was just the fluke year for Dak.
Go put your Wentz jersey on
