This was one of the most painful sports moments in my life and many other Cowboys fans. It stopped Romo/Witten from having a great opportunity at the Super Bowl. Yet this clown continues to make fun of this wretched moment. This guy was head of officiating...think about that for a sec. Wth happened to the NFL?

If there were some way to get him fired from FOX, I'd be a part of it. I just don't know how to go about it. The pure irony of him being a talking head on how to catch a football is sheer lunacy. And on the network that shows the NFC games, especially Cowboy games, to boot. That playoff tamperer should be nowhere near the NFL for the rest of his life.

I would be at the head of that movement.

Lest we forget how special that team was....Romo was in tears after that game.

You should show a little gratitude towards Blandino, if he wasn't buddies with Jerry we would have never gotten away with the infamous non call against Detroit that allowed us to lose to a crippled Aaron Rodgers and GB.

You missed the part of the play were Detroit's TE stuck his hand in our guy's mask and left it there, pulling his helmet down over his eyes. For most people that would be considered offensive pass interference. Watch the film again.

Lions fan?
Giants fan?
Or just an arse?
pick one
:muttley:

there were countless, potentially game-changing, bad calls or non calls that went against Dallas in that Detroit game.
Only someone who really must not have wanted us to win would look for something the other way and hang their hat on it.

Or the part where they picked up the flags off the field or the part where Dez wasn't even supposed to be on the field and he ran out ann started arguing with officials. We got away with one and to anyone else not a Cowboys fan they know we got away with one as well. Add in Blandino being known buddies with Jerry and hanging out on the Cowboys party bus...not a good look.

I'll go with "just an arse" who admits when we got lucky with calls or vice versa. That was a horribly officiated game and it went in our facor at a very crucial time. Just because I'm a Cowbiys fan doesn't mean I won't call it how I see it.

Did you miss the part where I said it was a horribly officiate game all around? But you know as well as I do that depending under what circumstances penalties occur, they can be more or less devastating. That was a bad call that would have very well put the Lions ahead in the game and would have potentially changed the outcome. The on,y fans who didn't have a problem with it were die hard Cowboys fans. Plenty of analysts and other coaches thought it was a bad non call as well.

even the play right before the "controversial" call on 4th and 6...Witten was also held. MANY big calls or non calls went against dallas that day.
