Those that claim the Brady case covered all this could not be more wrong. The Brady case was an on field one; and thus the courts were much more willing to go along with the NFL.

THIS case the NFL is acting like a criminal court; branding someone a domestic abuser world wide and telling him one more incident means a lifetime ban.
AND all this after the REAL criminal court refused to even charge him.
OFF FIELD. VS ON FIELD.

Which is why you see less and less about the CBA as the arguments go on.

The NFL in their arrogance has been very slow to realize this.

the question I have and maybe one of our legal heads can answer. Couldn't NFL simply have another arbitration hearing and allow Zeke counsel to question the accuser and share notes? That would essentially squash NFLPA case. What's to prevent NFL from doing that?
