Jay Ajayi trade to eagles **merged**

I've watched the games. I'd give the Eagles Dak Prescott and a draft pick right now for Wentz and throw a party.
.

Well, glad you're not in charge of things.

At San Fran

Wentz
18/32 | 56.2 comp % | 1 int | 2 TD | 84 rating

Dak
16/25 | 64% comp % | 0 int | 3 TD | 134 rating

Meanwhile there are other crybabies vainly trying to downplay every smart move that's paying off for the Eagles.

I know which is worse.

The Eagles sit at 7-1 for those who might not know. And Dallas is one game I've .509 and just lost the league's leading rusher. Oh, and the Cowboys defense stinks. The Packers are out of contention for anything without Rodgers.

It's a lot more rational to give the Eagles credit than not to.Giving kudos to the best record in the NFC and a team continuing to improve isn't "going overboard".
flat out a great move for the eagles. all this "but if wentz gets hurt" - hell, we lived through that w/romo so who cares? you can't stop trying cause of "what if".

Honestly.

Credit where credit is due.

They've passed the Cowboys like they were standing still.

But, in fact, the Cowboys were moving backwards so it only makes it look worse.

we still got a great qb, but they have a team thing going on. we get lost in our own sideshows.

Since they put Roseman back in Charge, they've made one quality move after another. And have turned a 5-year recovery from Chip Kelly into a one season renaissance.

A 4th round pick for this? What am I missing? Why would the Dolphins even consider that, and why wouldn't we have gone there with our current RB situation? We like our guys?

I am a huge Dak guy. Think he's as good as Wentz.

But your post shows a significant level of disingenuousness.

Prescott - Sunny, average wind around 8 mph, gusts up to 17 mph

Wentz - Rain storms, 2 inches of rain, average wind around 10, with gusts up to 30 mph

I don't think the Dolphins really think he's part of their future so might as well get something for him.

The Dolphins put the Eagles into position to trade with Cleveland for Wentz too. Now this.

They can pretty much go bleep themselves.

Ajayi was killing me in fantasy. 23 yards against the worst rushing defense last week.

Check their Washington game then, basically switches. They're close it what I'm saying. Erod thinks Wentz is light years ahead of Dak and trying to trade picks for him, lol.

And a low pick in the 4th at that. Only costs 700k next year.

Dolphins couldn’t have got anything better?

Cowboys trade those type of picks for guys that will hardly ever see the field lol

And the front office tries to sell us on Nolan Carroll, Bene, and a Packer throwaway. Jerry and Stephen enjoy their filling their fat pockets while doing the bare minimum to try and put a quality product on the field.
Just like the coach they hired. "Be better than the man in front of you...and we will win. If not, we will lose!" How's that for coaching?!

But at the end of the day...Jerry, Stephen, the rest of his family...the Garrett family....they never REALLY lose.

This. It was bound to happen sooner or later. PHI seems to just keep churning personal until the finally hit on a good combination of coaching/players/FO. We have the same old people and strategy to make a run at a division title every few years but nothing more. We're stuck with egos, family ties, and ignorance at the top.
