Idea to fix concussions and speed up game

Tell players to quit being sissies and just play with concussions. Charlie Waters had like a hundred concussions...

Get paid huge money and bang a lot of chicks then die young or work at home depot and live a long life. You can't always have your cake and eat it too.

I applaud Mitchell from the Steelers who ranted on the wussifaction of the NFL rules as of late.

Edit: While concussions are being dealt with in the upmost importance as of late, I would hate any more rule changes unless it is about deliberate stuff like Gronk did last week.

Idea to fix nfl: any contact where you don’t attempt to contact a guy with your hands first is a personal foul. You get kicked out if you do it three times. It’s gonna be safer but still be football. And you can increase roster sizes if too many guys are fouling out if games. bc this is technically always your best technique. It would clean up offensive line play too. Less penalties. And for defenders this makes sense bc even when going after a guy over the middle you should try to be reaching to strip the ball away not knock his head off.

This ain’t rocket science. The game will look like a combination of track and wrestling, and be faster.

Might as well play flag football.

I dont want it turning into an all hands league...BUT i have to admit that the Steelers Bengals game was sickening to watch.
Maybe i am getting old or something but watching that made me feel uncomfortable.
I dont have an answer or solution. I just know watching people get targeted and hit with such inhumane nastiness is not a good look for the league.
I think we will soon start to see targeting penalties and unnecessary roughness calls more often on plays that used to be legal. It sucks but it must be done.
Fans like hits and contact but there is a line where it becomes too much. Its not cool anymore.

All you'd have to do is get a somewhat athletic 300lb running back and he'd get at least 5 yards a carry.

the problem is the tackle .The tackle has to be made with the shoulder not with the head Rugby tacle) , Shazier make a tackle with his head so his severely injured , If you make a tackle with your head or/and to the zone of the opponent head it's a flag ,also the runner who lead with the head must be a penalty .If the foul is accidental 5 yards penalty if the foul is intentional 15 yards personal foul and the game became more safe .The Seahawks bring a rugby (no pad ,no helmet) trainer to learn the technique of the rugby tackle

I think changing to leather helmets would really help save neck and head injuries. These guys would stop using it as a weapon and concentrate on technique

Tackling with your hands first is terrible technique. Football is a physical sport and thats what fans want. If you take that out of the game, people will stop watching.
