Eagles taking care of business with backup qb

Won last week and winning this week.

Packers backup kept their season alive too.

I guess the Cowboys are the only team that can't win without starting qb?
Tony Romo was our starting qb last year. Dak Prescott was our backup.

We won 13 games with our backup qb and one of our losses was a forfeit where we sat the starters week 17.

Is this real life?

Weeden was pretty good spot checking for Romo in a game he won in 2014 as well.

The Giants are a bottom 3 team in the league.

Garrett isn’t a good coach but c’mon...the Eagles were gifted two touchdowns.

The Eagles are losing to a 2-11 tire fire. I've ranted endlessly about our inability to win with backups at any position (including non QB), but this game just isn't the best example for this.

What are you talking about? Dallas couldn't win without their starting RB. That's much worse and an alarming indictment on this coaching staff.

kind of like ignoring the elephant in the room after say 2015?

Since 2015 the Cowboys have gone 14-14 without their starting QB. Find me a team that has done better.

And no I am not defending Garret and Co. Just stating a fact. (Edit: That was not a swipe at you (hope you didn't take it as such) just restating what I said above with some stats).

Dak was the opening day starter and had played most of the preseason.
He was the starting qb as Romos career had ended due to getting constantly injured.
