What year are we approaching with Garrett’s “process”?

Year 8? Year 9? Honestly, he cost us playoff games during the Wade Phillips era. So we’re on like year 11. Over a decade gone. What’s the plan from here? Longest tenured coach with absolutely NO RESULTS to show for it.


The LA Rams HC needed 1 season to turn that franchise around.


I feel like Leonardo Di Caprio in Inception where he wakes up on the beach. Completely disoriented with no idea of what’s going on.

Our process burned bridges with one of the greatest defensive minds in history in Wade Phillips, one of the greatest OL coaches in history that built this line in Bill Callahan and an elite QB in Tony Romo, for a guy that can’t throw deep and outside the hashes and they feared an open competition with Romo...

At the rate this process is going, it might work by the time we are all in our Assisted Care beds. Time to change direction.....need some new ideas around the sidelines. The current staff has had plenty of time and they proved this year without a doubt that they are average or below average coaches. It is what it is!!!

You wanted more 8-8 from Romo? How about we get back to the 90s and expect a Jimmy Johnson type coach, a Troy Aikman type QB, and a new Jerry who didn't quite know how to f things up.
