Ted Thompson out as GM of the Packers

Just read where Thompson is out as GM of the Packers but is taken another position in the organization.

It appears Rodgers has hidden a lot over the years. Thompson is thought of as a pretty good GM. Although it is tough to see. Without Rodgers, that team looked lost.

I know GB has a super bowl with Rodgers but I would consider is a bit of a failure if they only win one with Rodgers when his career ends.

GB took the easy way out relying on Rodgers to cover all the weaknesses. Yet when have they really come close to a SB since they won it?
