Boom and there we have it.

You continue to not understand a very simple argument.

The argument isn't and never was that you could replace either one these players and their production and talent with ONE player who makes 5-6 million a year...

That was laughable dude.

I "understood" it just fine. And pointed out the sheer folly.

Do you actually think coming up with a list of ****** players helped your case?

And when everyone tells you you're wrong, you should strongly consider that fact.

"You do realize this right?"

Sure it is. You're the lone voice of reason amid a sea of cluelessness.

Oh vey.

Now you keep arguing in platitudes because you argument has no basis.

Congrats.

Do you actually think coming up with a list of ****ty players helped your case?

You asked for a list of players, and then jumped on it saying you didn't see anyone who was a LT or double digit sack guy, which was a clear straw man, because that was never the claim.

I specifically cited the draft as the avenue to find replacement players for Tyron and Demarcus. You ignored that because your argument doesn't hold weight.

People who think they can beat an argument don't rely on logical fallacies such as argumentum ad populum or straw man fallacy. They just don't...

Some choice quotes from my OP which you didn't read that might help you out..

I'm sure it won't be popular, but I say you let Lawrence (9?) walk and let someone else give him his big payday and instead pick up the comp pick. Draft a defensive end in the first round and trade up if you have to, to get the right guy. Then you hope that Taco Charlton wasn't the boneheaded draft choice I think he was and pair the two together for the next 4 years.

2018 Draft Priorities
1. DE
2. T (if Tyron Smith is moved)

5. Take the major hit and cut Tyrone Crawford now. Sign a free agent NT in free agency. Would like to look at Dontari Poe.

Again, you and your grey area hiding "get the right guy". Easy to say, with no support for it whatsoever.

Yeah, go get that guy! You know, the one who will get you 15 sacks. That guy.

Oh, and if you even could trade up for "that guy", where are you finding the resources to fill your other gaping hole at left tackle?

Oh, that's right, I'm sure there will be yet another nameless, faceless "guy" available whenever we want to fill that role, right? I mean that's how your "plan" works.

And the best part? Even if you did find those "guys", you just used up every bit of your draft capital to end up no better off than you were before the draft ever started! Again, some "plan" you've got going.

And then, again, ignorantly, you'll talk about $5-$6 million guys and then mention an $8 million guy like Poe. Once again showing how you don't think anything through.

Yeah, run! Don't try to refute the facts you're being pummeled with. Run.

Desperately try to divert from the fact that you're being embarrassed at every turn.

Run to something else and hope they won't notice.

If he duplicates this season give him the long term deal.

How much are you willing to pay him if he duplicates the season? How much if he has 10 sacks? Half the sacks? What if he gets hurt next year and misses the whole season? Do you franchise him again the next year? If not, why not?

I don’t expect him to have as good a season. But a double digit sack year is good enough. Give him the multi year deal at market value. If he gets hurt again you let him go.

My argument has all the "weight" it needs. I have two Pro Bowl players in mine. You've got absolutely nothing to support yours. Nothing.

Your list of garbage players only served to hurt any case you were trying and failing to make. But the sad fact is you're too ignorant and naive to even realize it.

1. Get the right guy isn't hiding. That simply means if they want a defensive end that isn't going to last to 19, that you trade up. Not difficult (again).

2. Please see where I said I don't give up Tyron unless we can get a 1st or 2nd round draft pick. So under that basis you would have a pick to use to get a tackle and to trade up. Thanks for playing.

3. You are better off, because you get young cheap players who hopefully don't have the same concerns as an almost 30 tackle who can't stay healthy, and a defensive end who has only really shown up one year and has been injured and or suspended almost every year of their career...

You keep saying that, but you have yet to make a single argument. It's actually getting sad at this point.

You introduced "logical fallacy" when you started this asinine thread!

The fact that you still can't see that is a complete indictment of your intelligence and credibility.

So in your last scenario, he's hurt again, why are you letting him go? Is it because he has an injury red flag? because he already has it.

Oh, it absolutely is! Because you don't have a "guy". You have a scenario. A dream scenario inside your head that doesn't exist. Where 15-as k players grow on trees and you simply replace one with another. Madden land.

2. Please see where I said I don't give up Tyron unless we can get a 1st or 2nd round draft pick. So under that basis you would have a pick to use to get a tackle and to trade up. Thanks for playing.

So one mistake compounding another? Mistake one, anyone would give up a 1st or 2nd rounder for a guy obviously being dumped for injury.

Mistake two, somehow thinking either pick could ever be worth having no left tackle and taking an $18 million dead cap hit.

The forum can decide which of those two glaring, embarrassing mistakes is worse.

3. You are better off, because you get young cheap players who hopefully don't have the same concerns as an almost 30 tackle who can't stay healthy, and a defensive end who has only really shown up one year and has been injured and or suspended almost every year of their career...

Yet another claim not thought through. Tyron Smith just turned 27 years old on Dec 12th. Not even in Madden football is that "almost 30".

You are truly awful at all of this.
